Zap Issue 29, Gig review (Germany, Google translate): "Then FAITH NO MORE played, they were really great. I was only surprised that they brought the piano tearjerker EDGE OF THE WORLD as one of the encores. By far the best band of the open air. I only found it hard that they charged a whopping 30 marks for their T-shirts, which they probably justified by giving almost everyone a fat autograph on their shirt."
Recordings:
Audio: Audience recording
Description:
During The Real Thing intro: "Stop clapping we're not Status Quo!"
After The Crab Song: "Polka? You want to hear some Polka? Like Heino?!"
Before Edge of the World: "I don't even know what we're waiting for. You're all here trying to have a good time and our drummer's fucking around."
The chant in Chinese Arithmetic is Heino Heino instead of Satan Satan.
Before Haribo: "You want more polka is that it?!"
The audience recording has a lot of missing parts - it's assumed Sweet Dreams, Surprise! You're Dead! and Woodpecker From Mars were played but can't confirm.
